Yoga Poses at Home Lesson 2

Yoga poses help you attain ease and flexibility.


Build a daily practise at home with Yoga Poses designed for anyone with moderate fitness. Included in this lesson are

*seated poses

*lying down poses

*shavasan (guided yogic relaxation of 5mins duration)


Learn the routine by practising each pose with the video and  aim to replicate without watching the video. This will ensure you keep your focus inwards, while practising (rather than outwards on the video).


For best results, practise daily.


Note: Please consult myself or another Yoga Teachers before practising, if you are pregnant, have heart conditions or other physical ailments that are ongoing.


Reccommended to be purchased with Lesson 1, to obtain full set of poses.
